we had a fantastic stay at Copthorne. the room was spacious and always spotless thanks to exceptional housekeepers. the staff, from reception to dining room, were attentive and quick. the convenient location near Tube access and local services made our trip stress-free. a great retreat for studying and resting away from the noise of High Street.

I chose this hotel for attending a synod because it provides Facilities and includes air conditioning, concierge, free Wi-Fi, 24 hrs reception, disabled access, business centre. These amenities were all well-maintained and greatly facilitated my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated coworking space or business center with private meeting rooms for conducting meetings and work discussions in a more professional environment.

Rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfy, and the location, just a short stroll from Kensington High Street station, was super convenient. Relaxing bathtub and comfy bed were perfect for unwinding, but the shower's old design made it a bit tricky to use 🚿. a solid option at a decent price with a few minor quirks.

The hotel's location is simply fantastic, with a metro station just a 2-minute walk away. There are also great parks, restaurants, bookstores, and shopping spots nearby. The family room was impressively huge, with two adjoining rooms and each having its own bathroom. The staff were elegant and kind, offering us an upgrade to an executive room with breakfast and access to the executive lounge. The room was very clean and had amazing views of the London Eye and the city.

We're staying near a major train line which makes it easy to get around and enjoy the local attractions. The hotel location is convenient for both accessing things to do close by and seeing sights further afield. However, the railway noise is a little intrusive.

The heating wasn't functioning very well and we had to live with it during our stay.

The chow was top-notch - fresh cuts and epic tales of culinary discoveries. Beds were comfy and staff on point. Cons: A few hiccups with child bed arrangements and management teething issues, but overall, still shining. Nearby nosh spots like Boulevard and Thai Terrace just a stone's throw away. I recently stayed at the Copthorne Tara Hotel Kensington for a few days while visiting the Royal Albert Hall and South Kensington Museums. The Club Room on the top floor offered stunning views, spacious and well-furnished, and came with a delicious breakfast in the Club Lounge. The hotel's location near the Underground made it easy to access central London and the main rail terminals. Taxis were always available nearby, and the staff, especially Dinu at check-in, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The kids' check-in experience was delightful, with special steps to the desk, fun registration cards, coloring paper, and welcome sweets creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for families with young ones.
